Normas del openmic

El objetivo de los OpenMic es doble: Por un lado permitir colaboraciones artísticas [O1] más allá del piano puro y, por otro lado, dar a conocer [O2] PianoMeetups en otros espacios distintos a los habituales.

Basado en experiencias anteriores, las interpretaciones para los open mic deben cumplir las siguientes condiciones:

1. [O1] Se trata de hacer interpretaciones en colaboración, por tanto, el número mínimo de intérpretes debe ser DOS.
2. Se divide el tiempo en agrupaciones de 10 min montaje incluido. Máximo 3 obras y deben estar todos los intérpretes de la agrupación subidos al comienzo del slot (evitar cambios lentos)
3. [O2] RRSS: El evento puede ser emitido íntegramente o por partes en las RRSS, si participas debes asumir que se compartirá parte o toda tu participación.
4. Backing tracks: Se pueden usar si el local dónde es celebra lo permite. Pero se debe minimizar el uso. En ningún caso deberá ser la pieza central del la interpretación.
5. [O1] Pruebas de sonido: El día del evento debes tener disponibilidad suficiente para asistir a las pruebas de sonido. Si sabes que no es posible te pedimos que no participes.
6. Reuniones de coordinación: Habrá mínimo dos reuniones de coordinación del OpenMic. Es imprescindible asistir a estas reuniones para poder gestionar correctamente el evento.
7. [O2] Invitados: Esperamos que los intérpretes traigan un mínimo de 3 invitados al evento (2 si eres socio)
8. Espacios protagonistas: Al menos uno de los dos espacios protagonistas [Piano y Voz] debe estar ocupado por un socio. En su defecto, el espacio podrá estar ocupado por algún simpatizante que haya estado asistido a cuatro (4) PianoMeetups en los seis (6) meses previos al OpenMic.

Puede haber cambios durante la configuración del evento como, por ejemplo, ajustar las piezas o los tiempos. Esperamos flexibilidad y buena disposición por parte de los participantes.

Rules of the Open Mic

The objective of Open Mics is twofold: On one hand, to allow artistic collaborations [O1] beyond pure piano performances, and on the other hand, to promote PianoMeetups [O2] in spaces different from the usual ones.

Based on previous experiences, the performances for open mics must meet the following conditions:

1. [O1]Collaborative Performances: Therefore, the minimum number of performers must be TWO.
2. Time is divided into 10-minute slots, setup included. Maximum of 3 pieces, and all performers of the group must be on stage at the beginning of the slot (to avoid slow changes).
3. [O2]Social Media: The event may be broadcasted entirely or in parts on social media. If you participate, you must assume that part or all of your performance will be shared.
4. Backing Tracks: They can be used if the venue permits. However, their usage should be minimized. In no case should they be the central piece of the performance.
5. Sound Checks: On the day of the event, you must be available for sound checks. If you know it is not possible, we ask that you do not participate.
6. Coordination Meetings: There will be at least two coordination meetings for the Open Mic. It is mandatory to attend these meetings to manage the event correctly.
7. [O2]Guests: We expect performers to bring a minimum of 3 guests to the event (2 if you are a «socio»).
8. Main roles: At least one of the two main roles [Piano/Voice] must be occupied by a member. Alternatively, the space may be occupied by a sympathizer who has attended four (4) PianoMeetups in the six (6) months prior to the Open Mic.

There may be changes during the event setup, such as adjusting pieces or times. We expect flexibility and goodwill from the participants.
